IC Service & Maintenance Ltd were chosen for the prestigious 42 storey multi purpose office block on the South Bank. This building includes offices, retail units and apartments.
We also provide ongoing maintenance to the site.

Following completion of the Base Build and Cat A works, IC Service & Maintenance Ltd were pleased to be awarded the Cat B Fit Out Contract.

Founded in 1995
IC Service & Maintenance Ltd was founded by Martin Taylor with a vision to create a fully integrated fire and security systems business with a focus on outstanding customer service. Since then we have completed some of the most prestigious contracts in the UK (The Millennium Dome & The Shard to name a couple).
