Geographically serving the South and South East of England, IC Service & Maintenance Ltd cover London and the home counties and work in partnership with many blue chip facilities and end users to provide a 24/7 call out service with response times of 4 hours. 

All contract customers benefit from our 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency call out facility, with a maximum 8 hour response time. Should additional peace of mind be required, we can also install monitoring systems such as BT RedCare, which will provide your site with a secure monitored link for your fire and security alarms to our receiving centre.

We are pleased to offer either electronic worksheets or hard copies to suit your individual requirements. All our engineers are provided with in house training, as well as manufacturing training on all relevant fire and security industry equipment to ensure that whomever attends your site, they will be conversant with your systems.
